Our interview process is designed to ensure that not only do we recruit the right candidates for our organisation, but that the organisation is the right fit for the candidate. Our interview panels will occasionally ask questions outside of the job spec to explore additional strengths or areas for future development, but it is not expected that the candidate meet additional criteria in order to progress. We aim to have open discussions on feedback at each stage of the process, and we take all feedback received on board and continuously monitor and review our recruitment processes.
