I applied through university. I interviewed at Baxter in Oct 2014
Interview
I participated in their SLP which is their Sophomore Leadership Program; because of my performance in it I went directly to their second round interview for an internship and got an offer from there.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baxter
Interview
Generally good. The interview time was on time. The interviewer is a good person and will not be very fierce. He would explain the work and ask questions about the future of work.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter (Northbrook, IL) in Nov 2014
Interview
Phone interview with a human resources manager followed by another phone interview with a finance manager a week later. Both were very friendly and the conversations were quite casual. The second interview was a bit more challenging (not technical), but certainly not difficult. Really they are just looking for people who would be a good fit with the company culture.
