Informal telephone screening by HR. interviewer did majority of the talking explaining position and job requirements. Walked interviewer through resume. I was asked general background questions. Asked me to describe my sales style, why I had left previous position, what I liked best about previous territory manager's job. What was the pay structure in my previous position (percent base salary vs commission).

Very situation based interview. Weakness and strength, product overview, sales achievements, hospital relationship. What makes a good rep. How do you grow in sales. One one one one one one one one one one one
Went through a phone interview and also interviewed with the hiring manager and a few other executives. They mostly wanted to know about my previous sales experience in pharma. They also asked some behavioral/situational questions.
