First Round was Technical. They asked me explain step by step code for a use case. They should have added some sensible interviewers to the panel. They tend to judge you without knowing your expertise. As per the interview discussion, I can say there are lot of cultural barriers which need to improve. Finally, They will not let you know what is the status of interview even after months.
