I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interviewer didn't ask any unexpected questions and she was very nice. The interview was about my resume with me expanding on my experiences. The interview was set up with after I met with a recruiter at a job fair. The interview was set up about 2 weeks later. I showed up to the office and stood out there for about 15 minutes until someone, not the recruiter, told me that all interviewees were in a waiting room down the hall. That was the only small hiccup in the process.

Interview
Stopped at a career fair booth, had a chat with the recruiter about why I was interested in the company and how I could make a difference. Ended up getting interviewed the next day for an initial face-to-face screening interview. Mostly answered basic behavioral questions and how to handle different situations, nothing out of the ordinary. Got an automated email few days later saying there were better candidates, understandable given the competitiveness for the very few positions available.
