Um experiência muito triste, simplesmente fiz os exames, deu tudo como apto, cancelaram a vaga, e não me posicionam em nada, me colocaram de escanteio, mando mensagens e não me respondem. Tiraram meu sonho de fazer parte de uma empresa de indústria farmacêutica, cheguei a abrir mão de outras oportunidades para trabalhar na Baxter.

The Baxter interview in Melbourne revealed a significant disconnect regarding the role requirements and expectations. Senior management were disengaged, and seemed out of touch, considering the previous incumbent departed due to role dissatisfaction. The panel displayed an arrogant, dismissive attitude, providing one-word answers and refusing to address the role particulars. Due to the overall rudeness I formally withdrew from the interview process immediately after. Bizarre behaviour and unprofessional attitude.
