I applied online and had an initial interview with the assistant director of retail operations in one of the retail stores....which was a little odd due to the job being for eCommerce customer service. Most of the questions were customer service knowledge based and went over previous experience, as well as availability.
Interviewed with the COO for the second interview. Was very straightforward and personable. Expectations and job description were very clear. Made it very clear that when leaving other employers they won't tolerate the former employer being screwed so you can come work for them, which I really liked.
