It's wonderful to hear about your positive experience with our application process. We're committed to creating a smooth and friendly journey for all applicants. Thank you for sharing!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BairesDev (Brazil, IN) in Jan 2021
Interview
First there was a contact to eval the interest to make the interview. Then the first forma interview was about several questions about past experiences and technical skills. After successful completing these, a new recruiter is assigned to try find a company for work. After a few more experience related interviews the recruiter will send a proposal and then, after agreement, the recruiter will book an interview with the chosen client.

Question 1
What was your most challenger project in your career and why?
The interview process involves online tests, introductory call, technical interview. Then people need to wait for next call probably with Bairesdev client. This waiting could be very long and ultimately it may not happen.

Question 1
I'm writing it to share my experience with Bairesdev recruitment. Last year April/May I applied on Linkedin for a Java position. Instantly, I was invited for online tests. After finishing there was introductory interview with recruiter. Then they arranged a technical interview. After this interview there was communication from Bairesdev time to time asking me if I was still available or not, they may call me anytime. In the meantime, recruiter changed, I was introduced to new recruiter.
As it was already quite long time, I inquired about it in February. I received instant reply from a new recruiter, he said I was in queue getting a call soon. Then the pandemic started and I thought this process may get late. However, I again contacted on September and that same guy from last communication told me that I have to apply for Bairesdev job again.
So then I looked for some suitable openings from Bairesdev on Linkedin and sent mail to their jobs mail and received invite for same tests that I went through last year. I explained in reply that I already completed this process last year and was waiting to be hired. If they want to further check my skills, they can give me some assignments/tasks, what's the point going the same process again. The guy repeated the same thing in reply that I have to go through those same tests. Finally, I decided to quit.
The whole story is now almost one and half year long. So, I would request people to be cautious, it may turn out to be waste of valuable time. Thanks
