Usually they spam the position in several job platforms. I applied to this position that was spread all over the internet. I created a profile, completed the tasks, and never got back to me. I wrote to the HR email and told me "they were looking for something for me". I don't understand why they spam 1 position for each Latam country, and it's listed for all available states. Don't expect to get an actual offer from this employer.
