send in resume and cover letter. they contact you if they want to interview you, and if you do well you get invited for second rounds. the 1st two interviews (1st round) is one case interview, and one personality, where you just chat with the interviewer and try to make yourself stand out. the 2nd round is 50/50 case and personality (maybe more case, depending on the interviewer).

-Standard case interview, and qustioning me on some of my assumptions.
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
2 rounds of 3 interviews.

All interviews feel very relaxed, but they still expect you to move through the case fast and in a structured way.
