During the interview process they start by discussing their background and then jump right into questions since they appear to carefully select the resumes that move forward and do not need the normal overview of your experience. Once you move on to the 2nd round, then they send you a writing prompt that purposefully has no direction or "right/wrong answers." They say this, but if they do not like your writing assignment, then you will know within a few weeks because they will completely ghost you. I always felt like I was a strong writer so it surprised me when they didn't acknowledge my submission. Reached out to them multiple times after nearly 3 weeks of waiting on a response and received nothing. This may seem minor and you can make the excuse that they're busy with a lot of candidates, but I still think this level of unprofessionalism probably shows another side of their company. If you move on, then they have another interview with some other department managers before I think you have a final one-on-one with the CEO. Overall, this was a negative experience due to the lack of feedback after advancing to the 2nd round.
