Met one on one with store manager and assistant store manager and they asked questions. They stated that they don't hire just anyone for the role and they want someone with compassion and a background in family oriented customer service. I had worked at a theme park for five years prior to my job at BRU.

They do not hire just anyone for this position. They are a lot more picky with hiring Baby Registry Consultants than they are with cashiers. They ask you more specific questions.

Interview
Normally getting an interview is the easy part if they call you when they do there should be about 2 interviews. One is the group interview & the 2nd is individual. They'll have you play a game showing if you can work in a team. Also a separate part asking you about yourself.
