Talked with HR person about company, job,and tour of facility. Then met with Director for interview. Director seemed distracted, busy, and did not ask pertinent questions. He seemed focused on finding the "perfect" candidate. The facility was clean but very dated. The environment was too quiet for an office. I expected some conversations with fellow team members around the cubicles.
