I applied and was contacted a week later. Two weeks after that, I had the interview. A week later, I was told they will proceed with a job offer. Then things stalled. I followed up after three weeks—recruiter said they will follow up with the client. Another three weeks passed, I followed up again, and was told there was still no response from the client. I was asked if I would be interested in a new role, and I said yes, but never heard back. Started strong, but ended with poor communication and no closure...
