Did 2 interviews, one over Teams and one at their offices in person. It seemed to be going well however they only offer an entry-level industry salary while expecting veteran experience. After the interview they ghosted me which strikes me as extremely unprofessional.

Phone, in person x2. Nothing out of the ordinary. Phone screen first and had 1st in person with HR and 2nd one with owner and managers. Got the offer within a few days so it was all good.
