Interview style is very casual. Any one can pass their interview if you have basic knowledge. Just prepare for an excel test where they will ask some basic questions only.

Very pleasant conversation with one of the IT Directors. Did not feel like an interview but sharing of experiences. Got to understand what the company was looking for and got plenty of opportunity to explain what I was currently doing. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I did not make it to the second round as I was coming from a huge company compared to BPSolutions.
