Interview
Answered a few questions on the online application, then was called in for an in-person interview. The interview with the shop manager was fairly casual and conversational, and I was offered the role on the spot (I should note that I have previously worked for Anthropologie).

I had one interview where I met the manager -- we chatted about my resume, my enthusiasm for the role, and some key skills that would make me a good candidate.

Difficult interview

I applied online. I interviewed at BHLDN (New York, NY) in May 2021
Interview
There was a short phone screening and then I was invited in for an hour long interview. The first 30 minutes was a typical interview and the last 30 was a styling quiz. They give you scenarios and you have to pull dresses accordingly.
The interview went well. They told me I did a great job with the styling portion and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. However, I never heard back, which is kind of rude. (I got my dream job quickly after though so its okay)
