The interview was interesting as once I met with the manager and we spoke about my experience and skills, he then brought in several of the senior technicians to quiz me about my knowledge and how I would handle difficult situations that they have faced in the past. This helped them test my abilities and temperament as well as gave me an insight into the position I was applying for.
