Interview
Extremely simple, they're really hire anyone. Usually interview is done via webcam or phone, never really meet the person you interviewed with or spoke to on the phone. Afterwards they send you to your location to meet your team and just do a simple introduction about everyone you'll be working with.

Interview
I had a quick phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I got one on-site interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It was a pretty straight forward interview with typical questions you'd expect. The last questions were digging at your personality and whether you were a fit for Google.
