The interview is at their corporate office. They take you into a small conference room and briefly answer a few questions with your person of contact or recruiter. After you meet the retouching team at a round table and they all stare at you which can be somewhat intimidating and if you brought your portfolio they will look though it and ask you questions about your experience and work. Most of the team was nice but if your portfolio is good and you start to get compliments you can see some team members attitude shift and become slightly off putting. The main lead retoucher takes you to a desk afterwards for a retouching test. My experience was with a broken stylist and the tracking of the tablet to be way off and not set to screen and on a PC not a MAC. The test is fairly simple all white background catalog shots, adjusting hem lines, wrinkles ect. The office is dark and I kid you not people look tired and unhappy, in addition to their attitudes it feels like less and less of a place one would want to be at.
