improve in good way, not politics all the managers are doing waste work try to teach them how to handle.. please.... i don't know how they are running that company without a professionalism it is not a good company only Malayam people will have good respect other then people they treat like slaves, mainly how the organisation is built, they are not moving in company standards as its a CMMlevel3
Resume short lsting process, Telephonic interview and Interview at Baehal , Tool test, Interview with Client. Above mentioned are the max interview process. Good knowledge of software helps to resume get short listed
