I applied online. I interviewed at B2Q Associates (Andover, MA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews total: the first two rounds were virtual with 3 senior level engineers and different team members, and the last round was on-site in their Andover office. The questions weren't too difficult to answer, they were mostly based on my background and experiences. I also had plenty of opportunities to ask questions about their projects and the company. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming when I visited in person, and travel was also covered as I was coming from out of state. Although I decided to take another offer, it was overall a positive interview experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at B2Q Associates (Andover, MA) in Jun 2025
Interview
Lots of discussion with the team, phone calls and in person interview which gave a better idea of what the position would be like, who the people are and what kinds of projects they work on.
