very chilled out and casual, managers making jokes and very friendly. they just want to get to know you as opposed to doing any formal interview questions. was offered the job on the spot

Multiple choice questions with different scenarios and meet the manager. I had a group interview but some was individual. Very simple questions and nothing relative to the job. Every question is the same regardless of department
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at B&Q (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Oct 2021
Interview
First I received a phone call then it went to an in person group interview then individual interview in the same session. This lasted around 1hr. There was 4 other candidates in at the same time as me.
