Interview
The interview process was smooth and on the shorter side. It's an in-person chat about work experience, what you want from the job, and what the job looks like. Fairly simple for an entry level retail job.
In person interview with situational questions. Very predictable. Gave standard answers and was offered a position on the spot. Seems most interviews were conducted in this manner. Overall a pretty painless experience.

What would you do if a customer asked for an item that was no longer in stock at our store?
Easy customer service. Be personable, and you'll be able to get the job pretty easily. Smile. they will teach you what you need to know. It will be super easy.
Overall, it was a very easy interview process - just submitted my application online and was asked to come in for in person interview. In in person interview, I asked about work experience and my availability and was very kind and straightforward.
