It’s important to structure your answers using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to clearly articulate your experiences and the outcomes. Feedback and Corrections: If you misunderstand a question or concept, a constructive interviewer will politely correct you or ask follow-up questions to clarify your thoughts. This is not a sign of failure but an opportunity to interact effectively and demonstrate your ability to respond to feedback. Respectful and Supportive Environment: Good interviewers create a comfortable atmosphere where candidates can perform at their best. They avoid rudeness or ego-driven questions and instead focus on fair, equitable assessments of candidates' abilities and potential fit within the company culture.
