I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avanade (Pune) in Jul 2014
Interview
I had two technical rounds and an human resource round. However, they took a long time for providing feedback. The interviews were postponed 2 to 3 times because I was unable to reach an agreement on the interview schedule. Also after each interview, I did not think I would clear it. But somehow I did receive a call for the next round.

Question 1
Design patterns, challenges faced in the past. The last technical round stretched to almost an hour. However, overall it was fine.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade (London, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
Contacted by internal recruiter who explained the position and the process. First a relatively simple technical interview, focusing on experience and past projects. Then a "character" interview with the leadership team, very relaxed and open to questions as well. Overall positive experience.

explain how you managed a difficult customer/stakeholder
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Played phone tag with internal recruiter for a week before the real interview. Everything is done via a Teams meeting. The first non recruiter interview is a technical one which was not difficult at all. They seem to want the best candidates possible but when the question of salary and total compensation comes up they offer below market rates. They said that they can only MATCH what I was currently making in the NYC region.
