The culture seems good. However, the interview process was amateurish and a waste of valuable time. The technical interview narrowly focuses on ultra-specific “googleable” things without regard to your background or even the position itself. It is amateurish to look for answers like a quiz instead of real world scenarios or solution based q&a. Nevertheless, that went well. When it came time to interview with the hiring manager it was a tremendous waste of time. Right away he tells me it’s an hour but we will maybe use 30 minutes. He qualified my background then tells me he will find a position for me. Then I get a call the next week saying they’re looking for someone more “senior”. Good luck! This place is dead to me.
