Avalon Treatment Programs interview questions

Chaotic ,unfocused. The interview was by phone and the person was late calling and had resceduled twice. I was left with the impression that this is an unorganized and largely unsupervised corporation. The interviewer didn't know a lot of answers to my questions and the whole experience was frustrating.
