What are some of the softwares you have worked with in the past

Very profession. Standard three session approach. Screening call with HR was on point and able to provide role details. Interview was with division manager. Got the handshake and advised I would meet with partners and GM for final round. Partners were less interested in my professional background, and more in me as a person. High risk/ low risk questions were around my personal life. Great approach to understand the person being hired, and not their professional experience.
