I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aura Office Environments in Oct 2017
Interview
Lengthy, but quick process. 6-hours over 3 interviews with owner/founder, new CEO (at the time), and lead designer. Owner is old school, so he grills you about loyalty. I didn't mind, but since they layoff people quite easily and often without cause, it seems that they don't know what they want
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aura Office Environments (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. It took 2 weeks to schedule a call and then it was rescheduled because the interviewer had some other commitments. Finally a phone call was scheduled. The interviewer did not explain that it was actually a video call so I was just waiting for a phone call. After 5 minutes of waiting the interviewer messaged me that it was a video call and that a link is in an email. Not sure why he did not message the link.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aura Office Environments (Houston, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
They wouldn't give me a job description over the phone. I went to the interview and it was a waste of time because it had nothing to do with the job I was applying for.
