Interview
It was long and tedious. They offered me 20K lower than what their other PMs were making. Courted me for way too long. Was told “we have money but not sure if you are as good as you say” so work for cheap and make more later. They have serious internal issues. They are trying to get rid of several people internally that make it even worse, but are not willing to pay for quality workers.
