I was approached by a recruiting firm. Then they arranged a teleponic round, It was cleared, Then they asked for a face to face round and a fitment interview with HR. Then they discussed the HR round for salary and joining time.

Technical discussion contain .Net Interview questions like ADO.NET Components explaination, ASP.NET Life Cycle, Difference Between Connected and Disconnected ADO.NET Architectures, New features of C#.NET and Framework etc.

1st technical written, 2nd face to face technical, 3rd management and 4 th HR rounds.
Written round had core java , sql and jasp based questions. In 2nd round they asked details about jsp and EJBs. This interview was 7 years before. In currently the pattern will be same but the skill set may differ.

First round is technical and interviewer would ask about the core Java, spring and hibernate.second round was managerial asking puzzles with some code. Last round was salary discussion and that has been done on telephone .HR released the salary letter after 1 week.
