There were multiple assignments, including written assignments, and interview rounds, with a paid 'trial' period. The paid trial period was rather disorganised - I was not sent the brand guidelines, but was expected to maintain the brand voice in written assignments. Later it turned out that not being sent the brand guidelines was a mistake on their part - which ultimately affected the quality of my work during the trial period, and thus led to me not receiving an offer.

Interview
My interview experience was insightful and challenging, yet rewarding. It began with a nerve-wracking but engaging conversation, followed by intense and thought-provoking questions. The process felt fast-paced yet transparent, making it both motivating and exhausting. The panel was professional and welcoming, which made the experience reassuring, though some moments were awkward and daunting. Their competitive yet smooth approach ensured a productive discussion. At times, it felt unpredictable and rigorous, yet ultimately, it was a memorable, fulfilling, and exciting journey that left me feeling encouraged and hopeful about the opportunity.
The interview was easy, they had 2 rounds one with the HR and the other with the CEO himself. Later they asked for a probation period to test out if I would be a good fit with the company, I probably end up not performing to their mark. I did get paid for the week's work. But there should be more clarity on the type of work they want.
