Atlantic Gold interview questions

Applied online, I was interviewed through Microsoft Team by the Hiring Manager and a representative from HR. For a company that says high honesty and integrity are part of its values, HR assured getting back to me but never did. How do you demonstrate integrity when you can't honor your words? Companies should live their values!
