I applied through a job board online. The first round interview was a ~30min Teams meeting with the COO and a Laboratory Manager, I believe. They asked me questions about my resume and experience and described some of the qualifications and daily tasks of the job. The interview went well but there were some red flags regarding company policies. Eg lack of an HR dept (I believe) and some lab safety violations.
