Online assessment before virtual interviews conducted over Microsoft Teams. Mostly behavioral questions with a few technical questions. Candidates were also asked to prepare a short presentation to demonstrate their communication skills.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Ciudad de Mexico)
Interview
The recruitment process started in December, by January the first filter was a video interview with some questions about your challenges, experience, etc. After this I was invited to an assessment center in the site, we were 8 participants. We were asked to prepare a 15 min presentation with a specific topic. The assessment was all day long, first interviews with the managers, then the presentation and after an group case.
