I was ghosted by this company after multiple interview rounds, including a panel interview. After so much time invested in the process and the fact that I made it to what I thought was a final round, they never had the courtesy to follow up and at least tell me they made another decision. For a company that promotes inclusivity, this seemed very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Everyone I spoke to seemed fantastic, so I was incredibly disappointed with the way the interview process was handled.
