First they called me based on my resume, then the interview started by saying that I was not a good candidate, that I was not experienced, and that I needed some training that they were not willing to provide for free. Basically I had to show them that I was desperate enough to study .NET or Java and SQL on my own for maybe a few months and come back hoping to land an entry level job. As if there wasn't an ocean of technologies that you could possiby learn... why waste months to try to get one single job which was almost certainly going to be underpaid? Definitely a company to avoid.
