Thorough and long interview process with many people across several different cross functional teams. There were several rounds with each person asking a long list of questions. Overall they seem to be interested in very specific information about how people work.

Lots of interviews and set up, I invested a ton of time into this process only to be told that they were no longer hiring/on a hiring freeze due to the economy
