I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asana (San Francisco, CA) in May 2018
Interview
Phone call then a onsite interview with a few team members. Grateful to meet some of the nicest people I could've worked with. The entire experience was quite welcoming and positive. Team took the time to accommodate me, answer my questions, and asked me questions to learn about me (rather than marking off a checklist). Ultimately decided to take another offer, but this experience made it a difficult decision to make.
I applied online. I interviewed at Asana in Dec 2021
Interview
Interview process is a bit lengthy and technical so do come prepared. Each interviewer's focus area is a deep dive on the specific topic segment. The Recruiter does outline the expectations at the beginning and I did appreciate most that Diversity Recruiting is inclusive to the process at Asana.
