Arxada interview questions

Three steps. The first one with HR. The next ones are technical interviews with manager or technical lead. All interviews must be done in English or German language. Interview process is not too difficult.

The interview process was engaging and welcoming. It started with a friendly introduction, where the interviewers made an effort to put me at ease. This was followed by a series of thought-provoking questions that felt more like a collaborative brainstorming session rather than a traditional interrogation. The atmosphere was supportive, encouraging open and creative thinking. The interviewers were genuinely interested in my thoughts and perspectives, which made the whole experience feel more like a discussion among peers. Overall, it was a positive and stimulating experience.
