While the organization is dedicated to fostering equality, the interview process often proves to be a challenging experience, particularly for neurodivergent individuals. The structure and demands of traditional interviewing can be overwhelming, leading to increased stress and anxiety. This complexity may hinder their ability to effectively showcase their skills and qualifications. Consequently, despite the commitment to inclusivity, the current practices may inadvertently create barriers for those who process information differently or who thrive in less conventional environments.
