Prepare for Arup’s pre-interview by researching their sustainable values and Ove Arup’s key speech. Expect a pre-recorded video interview featuring motivational and behavioral questions. Practice the STAR method to stand out.
Clear application process however it was very drawn out over a few months and it took a long time for me to hear back. I also never received feedback despite requesting it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arup (Hong Kong) in May 2025

My interviewer's phone kept going off during the interview to the point where he had to pick it up with me in the room. My interviewer seemed stressed, tired, overworked.
