I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Arup (Bristol, England) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very informal, one conversation, and an offer made later the same day. I would imagine this may have been because I was being brought in as maternity cover and it might be different elsewhere. There were no competency based questions, more a case of 'do we have rapport with this person' as they are obviously qualified for the role based on their CV and profile.

What do you know about Arup? and general questions about your experience, personality etc.
It was well thought through and leaders were pleasant and professional. The questions made sense and they gave me time to respond proficiently. They were clear in the next steps and the recruitment process overall was good.
