I applied online. I interviewed at Arup (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Mar 2021
Interview
The call went on for almost an hour. The interviewer was patient and communicative throughout the call. According to my uderstandníng, everything went well. I answered the situational cases, well too. I was confident that I will be called to the next rounds, if not for an offer. We in fact agreed on various opinions. But strangely after the call, I never heard from the interviewer. Despite my frequent follow-ups, I never heard back. I understood that someone else would have got the job, but it would have been good if they communicated about their decision and feedback for my application.

Interview
Initial conversation with the recruiting officer and then a Teams interview then ghosting. If companies treat their potential employees like this, how are they treating their customers and staff? If I've gone through the time and effort to apply for a role and then researched the company and given my time at an interview, the least I expect is an e mail to let me know the outcome. Companies and individuals seem to think ghosting is now perfectly acceptable - IT IS NOT, it's rude.
