I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Website application. Phone interview, situational question meant to judge your psychology but rather meaningless and very confusing. There was no background review on the phone, only some blurry question onto situation which could happen, without any details. The program will start in September and they are not flexible regarding starting date at all.
It felt out of ARUP philosophy, not humanitarian at all.
