I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Arup (London, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
First I had to fill out the online questionare with 5 questions, and education and expierience history. Than the phone interview, about if you fit in to company and why you want to join them, than the hiring manager assessment and if succesfull the assesment day. I didn't get to the assesment day, got a feedback after the phone interview that it made very positive impression, nothing after being rejected by hiring manager.. Very long process, long time between stages..
What would you do in situation when you were involved in the interesting project but your manager reasigned you to the other one which was "less engaging" for you, to help other team.

A Remote 30-minute interview, went by pretty quickly, two interviewers, and contained technical and behavioral questions. I applied online, and got the first invite in like a month or so, It's a pretty slow process.
Recorded 9 questions. each one has one minute to answer and 1-3 attempts are allowed for each question. It was an online interview from the big companies. Not the same as the small ones.
