The team was pleasant and the interview process was transparent from the beginning. I appreciated the structured approach, which included completing a project to demonstrate my problem-solving and multitasking abilities, as well as recording my responses to interview questions. Although I wasn't selected for the role, I felt the entire process was conducted equitably and with kindness. The clarity and respectful treatment throughout made this a positive experience despite the outcome
I applied online. I interviewed at Array Education
Interview
Phone screen with technical questions
3 hour technical exercise (uncompensated)
They asked things that required you to work through their current issues for FREE and then refused to give any feedback. This was a waste of time and felt like a scam. They do not have a real website and the whole company seems shady.
Terrible company and terrible interview process! I was sent an invite to perform a pre-recorded interview. A couple days later, a person reached out from the company with a borderline threatening tone "reminding" me to complete the assignment otherwise I wouldn't get the job. I performed the assignment and kindly let the person know I completed it. I got an email today, a LONG time after their original timeframe, that I didn't get the job.
If they could act like this now, imagine how the person who gets the job would be treated. This type of behavior is scary coming from an organization that claims to support K-12 students. Proceed with caution.
