Interview
There's an online video interview with a recruiter, usually basic questions. If you pass that, there's a written assessment usually about how you'd respond to questions and then a final in-person interview - a mass interview with other girls in the room while you're being interviewed one-on-one, the questions consist of how you'd problem solve, if you can do in-office things, how'd you deal with a difficult customer.
Super friendly and streamlined! The hiring managers are awesome at their jobs. I had to take a little test on the computer as well. The results were available right away. And then I spoke with an HR person to finalize the process.

Tell us about a time you’ve recommended your favourite Aritzia product.
The interview process was comprised of two twenty minute interviews virtually on zoom. Included job specific knowledge questions and behavioural questions. Also focused on ability and experience adapting to new technologies which is important to this job.

Aritzia leaves the follow up responsibility to the applicant, it's very important to be checking your email constantly since you will be responsible to schedule the interviews.
The first screening is a video conference call. In Aritzia, the style is very important, prepare yourself to look good when you make this call, if possible make sure you have good connectivity, a headset and get to know the company brands, as that might be a question from them.
