The interview session was very insightful as the panels kept asking about my experiences and what made me interested to apply for this position. The panel also asked several tech questions

If the business side has decided on one big decision and the team lead/ senior couldn't attend the session, what would you do?
Usually 2 rounds of interview, but during me, it was done together with Director and Manager. So far Ok, standard questions, but I was busy that few days, so I didnt make enough preparation.
